This excludes items that were marked as sale, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. If the customer chooses to return item(s), he/she must have the original receipt and the completed RETURN CHECKLIST. If your return is approved you will receive an email containing your store credit, which can be redeemed both online or in our store front.
Return or exchange via mail: Start by visiting our RETURN CHECKLIST. Send your return back to us via your preferred shipping method { USPS, UPS, or FedEx). All returns must be sent to:

Return or exchange in person: Bring the item(s) you wish to return into our store front within 14 days of the date the order was received. No receipt, return label or shipping box necessary! You just provide your name or order number and your return will be initiated immediately. Returns are always issued back to the customer in the form of store credit via email.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not guarantee exchanges directly. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please email us at INFO@foursistershop.com.
Within the email be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and which item you are hoping to exchange for. We will get back to you within 24hrs on the next steps.
Here at Four Sisters Boutique we quality check all of our items before shipping them to you. However, we realize mistakes can sometimes be made. If you feel the merchandise is defective, please contact us by emailing INFO@foursistershop.com with a picture of the damage and your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: The following qualifications for a damaged item:
Tags
must be still attached to the garment and the garment must not have been worn.
Damaged
items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the garment. If it has been more than 3 days, we are not able to replace the item for you.
If it has been within the 3 day period,
we will cover return costs as well as replace the damaged item for you. If we no longer have the garment in stock and we are unable to find another item you like, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment.
